We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Burk Limited. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@burklimited.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@burklimited.com.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been used, items not in their original condition, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
